Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der App MatchPoint. Mit der Nutzung stimmst du ihnen zu.

2. WAS MATCHPOINT IST
MatchPoint ist eine Tennis-App: Matches zählen und aufzeichnen, Statistiken ansehen, Turniere und Meisterschaftsbegegnungen verfolgen, das eigene Profil mit dem Verband verknüpfen.
Daten zu Spielern, Turnieren und Begegnungen stammen aus öffentlich zugänglichen Quellen der Verbände, insbesondere ÖTV und GLTA. Wir geben sie nach bestem Wissen wieder, können ihre Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit aber nicht zusichern. Maßgeblich bleibt immer die Auskunft des jeweiligen Verbands.
MatchPoint steht in keiner Verbindung zum ÖTV oder zur GLTA und wird von diesen weder betrieben noch unterstützt.
3. KONTO
Für die meisten Funktionen brauchst du ein Konto. Du meldest dich per Einmal-Code an deine E-Mail-Adresse an oder mit einem Google- oder Apple-Konto.
Ein Konto gehört einer Person. Gib beim Anlegen zutreffende Angaben an und halte deinen Zugang geheim. Die Nutzung ist ab 16 Jahren vorgesehen.
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App löschen: Profil, Einstellungen, Konto löschen.
4. WAS NICHT GEHT
Keine rechtswidrigen, beleidigenden oder belästigenden Inhalte.
Nicht als eine andere Person ausgeben und keine fremden Verbandsprofile beanspruchen.
Keine automatisierte Massenabfrage und kein Versuch, den Dienst zu stören oder Sicherheitsvorkehrungen zu umgehen.
5. DEINE INHALTE
Was du einstellst, bleibt deins. Du räumst uns das Recht ein, deine Inhalte im Rahmen des Dienstes zu speichern und den dafür vorgesehenen Personen anzuzeigen. Mehr nicht.
Löschst du einen Inhalt oder dein Konto, entfernen wir ihn von unseren Servern.
6. VERFÜGBARKEIT UND ÄNDERUNGEN
MatchPoint ist derzeit kostenlos. Ein bestimmter Funktionsumfang oder eine ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit ist nicht zugesagt; wir entwickeln die App laufend weiter und können Funktionen ändern oder einstellen.
Wesentliche Änderungen dieser Bedingungen kündigen wir in der App an.
7. HAFTUNG
Wir haften bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie nach zwingenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften, insbesondere dem Produkthaftungsgesetz und bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit.
Für leichte Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten und begrenzt auf den vorhersehbaren Schaden. Für die Richtigkeit von Verbandsdaten und für Entscheidungen, die jemand allein darauf stützt, haften wir nicht.
8. BEENDIGUNG
Du kannst die Nutzung jederzeit beenden und dein Konto löschen.
Wir können ein Konto sperren oder entfernen, wenn es gegen diese Bedingungen verstößt. Bei geringfügigen Verstößen weisen wir vorher darauf hin.
9. RECHT UND GERICHTSSTAND
Es gilt österreichisches Recht. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzbestimmungen deines Wohnsitzstaates bleiben unberührt, ebenso der für Verbraucher zuständige Gerichtsstand.

These terms govern the use of the MatchPoint app. By using it, you agree to them.

2. WHAT MATCHPOINT IS
MatchPoint is a tennis app: score and record matches, view statistics, follow tournaments and league fixtures, link your profile to your federation.
Data on players, tournaments and fixtures comes from publicly available federation sources, in particular ÖTV and GLTA. We reproduce it to the best of our knowledge but cannot warrant its accuracy or completeness. The record held by the federation always prevails.
MatchPoint is not affiliated with, operated by or endorsed by ÖTV or GLTA.
3. ACCOUNT
Most features require an account. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, or with a Google or Apple account.
An account belongs to one person. Provide accurate details and keep your access private. The app is intended for users aged 16 and over.
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile, Settings, Delete account.
4. WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED
No unlawful, abusive or harassing content.
Do not impersonate anyone and do not claim a federation profile that is not yours.
No automated bulk retrieval and no attempt to disrupt the service or circumvent security measures.
5. YOUR CONTENT
What you post stays yours. You grant us the right to store your content and show it to the intended audience as part of the service. Nothing beyond that.
If you delete a piece of content or your account, we remove it from our servers.
6. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
MatchPoint is currently free of charge. No particular feature set or uninterrupted availability is promised; we keep developing the app and may change or discontinue features.
We announce material changes to these terms in the app.
7. LIABILITY
We are liable for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory statutory provisions, in particular product liability law and for injury to life, body or health.
For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable damage. We are not liable for the accuracy of federation data or for decisions someone bases on it alone.
8. TERMINATION
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms. For minor breaches we will point it out first.
9. GOVERNING LAW
Austrian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected, as does the place of jurisdiction available to consumers.
