Diese Erklärung informiert dich darüber, welche personenbezogenen Daten die App MatchPoint verarbeitet, zu welchem Zweck und welche Rechte du hast.

2. WELCHE DATEN WIR VERARBEITEN
- E-Mail-Adresse — Anmeldung per Einmal-Code, Kontoverwaltung (nur mit Konto)
- Google-Kontodaten (Name, E-Mail, Profilbild) — optionale Anmeldung mit Google (nur bei Google-Login)
- Anzeigename, optionales Profilfoto — Profil, soziale Funktionen (optional)
- Match-Daten, Beiträge, Kommentare, Likes, Fotos, Platz-Angaben — Kernfunktion, Statistiken, Feed (optional)
- Push-Kennung (Gerätetoken) — Benachrichtigungen (nur wenn aktiviert)
- Ungefährer Standort beim Matchstart — als grober Ortsname (z. B. „Innsbruck, AT") am Match gespeichert, damit du Matches in der Historie zuordnen kannst. Nur mit deiner Berechtigung; in den Einstellungen jederzeit abschaltbar. Es werden keine genauen Koordinaten oder Bewegungsprofile gespeichert.
Die App lässt sich vollständig im Gastmodus ohne Konto und ohne E-Mail nutzen; Matches werden dann nur lokal auf dem Gerät gespeichert.
3. RECHTSGRUNDLAGEN
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt zur Erfüllung des Nutzungsvertrags (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO), auf Grundlage deiner Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, z. B. Push, Google-Login, das Teilen von Beiträgen) sowie unseres berechtigten Interesses an einem sicheren, funktionierenden Dienst (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
4. AUFTRAGSVERARBEITER
Wir betreiben MatchPoint mit sorgfältig ausgewählten Dienstleistern, die Daten nur in unserem Auftrag verarbeiten:
- Supabase — Hosting, Datenbank, Anmeldung und Speicher (Rechenzentrum in der EU, Frankfurt)
- Resend — Zustellung der Anmelde-E-Mails
- Google — nur bei Anmeldung mit Google
- Expo — Zustellung von Push-Benachrichtigungen
Wir verkaufen keine Daten und geben sie nicht zu Werbezwecken an Dritte weiter.
5. SPEICHERDAUER
Wir speichern deine Daten, solange dein Konto besteht. Löschst du dein Konto, werden Konto, Profil, Beiträge und Fotos serverseitig entfernt. Lokale Daten im Gastmodus liegen ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät und werden mit der Deinstallation gelöscht.
6. DEINE RECHTE
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch sowie das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. Konto löschen — direkt in der App: Profil → Einstellungen → Konto löschen. Das entfernt dein Konto und die zugehörigen Inhalte unwiderruflich.
7. KINDER
MatchPoint richtet sich nicht an Kinder und erhebt nicht wissentlich Daten von Kindern.
8. ÄNDERUNGEN
Wir passen diese Erklärung an, wenn sich die App oder die rechtlichen Anforderungen ändern. Die jeweils aktuelle Fassung ist unter dieser Adresse abrufbar.

This policy explains which personal data the MatchPoint app processes, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

2. DATA WE PROCESS
- Email address — one-time-code sign-in, account management (account only)
- Google account data (name, email, avatar) — optional Google sign-in (Google login only)
- Display name, optional profile photo — profile, social features (optional)
- Match data, posts, comments, likes, photos, court info — core features, stats, feed (optional)
- Push token (device identifier) — notifications (only if enabled)
- Approximate location at match start — stored as a coarse place name (e.g. "Innsbruck, AT") on the match so you can identify matches in your history. Only with your permission; can be turned off in Settings at any time. No precise coordinates or movement profiles are stored.
The app is fully usable in guest mode without an account or email; matches are then stored only locally on your device.
3. LEGAL BASES
Processing is based on performance of the usage contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, e.g. push, Google login, sharing posts) and our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. PROCESSORS
- Supabase — hosting, database, authentication and storage (EU data centre, Frankfurt)
- Resend — delivery of sign-in emails
- Google — only when signing in with Google
- Expo — delivery of push notifications
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
5. RETENTION
We keep your data while your account exists. If you delete your account, the account, profile, posts and photos are removed from our servers. Guest-mode data lives only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can delete your account directly in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account.
7. CHILDREN
MatchPoint is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
8. CHANGES
We update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this address.
